Stephanie Ulland, floor lead at our Austin, Minnesota, office, was recently named CRC’s November 2022 Employee of the Month. Ulland, who has worked at CRC for nearly five years, helped out a new CSR who was talking with a suicidal caller negatively affected by a power outage.

CRC is pleased to celebrate the grand opening of its new contact center in Kirksville, Missouri, on Thursday, October 6, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. central time. The day will kick off with a ribbon cutting at 11:00 a.m., followed by a building tour. A luncheon will be served.
