Congratulations to Tonya Brooks, CSR 1 at the Dunlap Center, who was selected as CRC’s March 2016 Employee of the Month. Tonya received three STAR Award cards in March for the response she drafted for all CSRs to use when taking credit card payments.
Darcy Wytaske, CSO 2 in CRC’s central station in Austin, was named CRC’s January 2016 Employee of the Month. Darcy, who has worked for CRC for 11 years, was nominated in January for her assistance with a suicidal caller, staying professional and keeping the caller calm until authorities arrived.
