CRC is pleased to announce Tonya Brooks, CSR 1 at its Dunlap, Tennessee, office, was selected as its July 2019 Employee of the Month. Brooks, who has worked for CRC for nearly 11 years, was nominated for some training materials she put together for new employees.

Congratulations to Tonya Brooks, CSR 1 at the Dunlap Center, who was selected as CRC’s March 2016 Employee of the Month. Tonya received three STAR Award cards in March for the response she drafted for all CSRs to use when taking credit card payments.
