Congratulations to Chris Wisemore, contact center supervisor, who was named CRC’s January 2015 Employee of the Month! Wisemore, who has worked for CRC for two years, was nominated in January for assisting a CSR with a caller in a domestic abuse situation.

Austin, Minn. – Cooperative Response Center, Inc. (CRC) is pleased to announce that Mark Johnson was recently hired as a contact center supervisor at its Austin location. Johnson, who previously worked at CRC as a dispatcher, has several years’ supervisory experience.
Cooperative Response Center, Inc. will soon be opening the doors to its new Abilene Bilingual Center. The Abilene Center team will be led by Contact Center Manager Michael Saavedra. Saavedra, who joined CRC in February 2011, brings almost 10 years experience in the call center industry.
