Congratulations to Brandi Dobmeier, dispatcher at the Austin Center, on being named CRC’s July 2026 Employee of the Month!

Dobmeier earned this recognition for the support she provided to a fellow dispatcher while working in CRCLink Web. As the team continues learning and adapting to the new system, Dobmeier took the time to patiently walk through the steps needed to send a text and set up a crew. Her willingness to share what she has learned helped her teammate better understand the process and feel more confident using the system.

Dobmeier has worked hard to succeed at using CRCLink Web. She has been willing to dig in, ask questions, learn the system, and support her coworkers along the way. Everyone appreciates the patience, dedication, and teamwork she shows when helping them use and understand the platform.

“Brandi has shown a great willingness to learn CRCLink Web and share that knowledge with those around her,” said Kerry Wylie, senior contact center manager at the Austin Center. “Her patience and commitment to helping her teammates are exactly the qualities that make her such a valuable part of our team.”

Dobmeier's actions are a great example of what it means to Win as One. By taking the time to help a teammate, she made a positive impact on her coworkers, our members, and CRC as a whole.

Dobmeier received four hours of paid time off (PTO). She is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2026 Employee of the Year which will be selected by CRC’s management team in January 2027.
