CRC is proud to recognize Lisa Ramsey, Software Engineer, as our March 2026 Employee of the Month.

Ramsey was nominated for her dedication, ownership, and technical contributions to a member’s MultiSpeak 4 interface. She played a critical role in ensuring the interface was fully tested and operational, helping deliver a solution that meets both member and CRC’s expectations.

What truly sets Ramsey apart is the impact she has beyond her technical work. She brings a proactive mindset to everything she does, paired with strong communication skills that keep her peers, our members, and their vendors aligned and informed. Her ability to anticipate needs and follow through makes her a trusted partner across projects.

Ramsey consistently lives CRC’s values through her actions. She regularly volunteers her time to support training and mentoring efforts, while also contributing to a strong sense of teamwork across the organization. Her willingness to step up and support others reflects her commitment not just to her role, but to the success of the entire team.
