Congratulations to Jesse Brandl, customer service lead at the Austin Center, for being named CRC’s October 2025 Employee of the Month!

Brandl, who joined CRC in April 2025, was recognized for his impact and support of his contact center peers. Since joining CRC, Brandl has quickly become an important part of the team. From day one, he brought energy and dedication to his roles with the company, first as a CSR 1 and now as a customer service lead. Whether it’s supporting new initiatives or helping colleagues, he has consistently gone above and beyond.
