CRC is happy to report that Daniel Bittick, dispatcher at our Abilene office, was selected as CRC’s February 2026 Employee of the Month.
Daniel was chosen because he has demonstrated a willingness to go above and beyond in his role, especially over the past year as CRC prepares for the upcoming re-deployment of CRCLink Web. He has worked closely with our development team by providing thoughtful feedback, participating in testing, and offering valuable insight from a dispatcher’s perspective. His input has helped shape improvements to the dispatch portion of the system and has played an important role in ensuring the product meets the needs of our employees and our members.
Daniel’s dedication to the process and his commitment to helping the team succeed have made a noticeable difference as we move closer to launch. His efforts have been instrumental in helping get CRCLink Web ready for re-deployment and making it the best it can be.
“Daniel has been a tremendous resource throughout the CRCLink Web improvement process,” said Michelle Rodriguez, contact center manager at the Abilene Center. “He has taken the time to thoroughly test features, provide honest feedback, suggest practical solutions that make the system better for everyone, and work with his peers to learn the updated system. His positive attitude and attention to detail make him a great asset to the dispatch team.”
Congratulations to Daniel and to all of CRC’s employees nominated in February.
