Her work ethic and attention to detail set a standard of excellence, and her dedication makes a meaningful difference for our organization, our membership, and for everyone who has the pleasure of working alongside her.

With nearly 10 years of service at CRC, Folkerth is known for her positive attitude and professionalism that make her a trusted teammate. She is approachable, highly knowledgeable, and always willing to lend a hand or share her expertise.

As CRC’s 2025 Employee of the Year, Folkerth will receive a gift valued at $250, eight hours of PTO, and an invitation to CRC’s annual membership meeting in Nashville in March.
