Congratulations to Lynn Earl, staff development specialist at the Austin Center, who was recently selected as CRC’s May 2025 Employee of the Month.

Earl recently gave a standout presentation at the Minnesota Rural Electric Association (MREA) statewide event. When the opportunity arose for CRC to present, Earl stepped up on short notice—developing and delivering a group presentation that exceeded expectations. She not only gave an informative and engaging presentation, she drew active participation from the audience. The presentation left a lasting, positive impression on attendees—including both current members and prospective ones. MREA was so impressed by Earl ’s presentation that they recommended her to another statewide organization, enabling CRC to extend its reach and share its message with a broader audience. In her efforts, Earl reflected CRC’s values of Build a better future and Win as one.

“Lynn quickly created and delivered a polished and engaging presentation,” said Aimee Sheehan, organizational development leader. “Her ability to connect with the audience and share our message so effectively not only impressed the audience and the meeting organizers, but also created exciting new opportunities for CRC.”

As Employee of the Month, Earl will receive a CRC-logoed clothing item, a framed certificate, and recognition on CRC’s intranet site, Facebook page, and employee newsletter.
