Congratulations to Teresa Folkerth, HRD Coordinator at the Dunlap Center, who was selected as CRC’s June 2025 Employee of the Month!

Folkerth, who has worked at CRC for nine years, was selected as the employee of the month for her outstanding work on a recent time-sensitive project that involved gathering, organizing, and preparing important employee information under a tight deadline. Her attention to detail, sense of urgency, and commitment to keeping everyone informed played a vital role in the project’s success.

For those that work with Folkerth, this recognition comes as no surprise. She’s known for being proactive, dependable, and always willing to step in and help—often without being asked. From supporting her teammates to catching the small details that make a big difference, Folkerth consistently brings both excellence and heart to everything she does.

“Teresa is the kind of person you want on your team when it matters most,” said Natalie Gifford, HRD manager. “She’s calm under pressure, incredibly thorough, and always looking out for others. Her dedication makes a real difference.”

In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Folkerth received four hours of PTO. She is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2025 Employee of the Year which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2026.
