Congratulations to Cassie Thacker, CRC's May 2026 Employee of the Month! At the time of her win, Thacker served as a customer service lead at the Dunlap Center. She was recently promoted to member support coordinator in the Member Solutions and Support Department.

Thacker was selected for this honor in recognition of her outstanding contributions as a classroom assistant during CRC's May new-hire training classes. Her positivity, enthusiasm, and passion for CRC helped create a welcoming and engaging experience for our newest employees, making a lasting impression from day one.

Throughout the training program, Thacker demonstrated her commitment to helping new hires feel comfortable, supported, and excited about joining the CRC team. Her genuine enthusiasm for the company was evident in every interaction, and her ability to connect with others helped create an environment where new employees felt valued and encouraged.

In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Thacker received four hours of paid time off (PTO). She is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2026 Employee of the Year which will be selected by CRC’s management team in January 2027.
