Congratulations to Annika Dahl, senior HRD generalist, and Randie Waltz, talent & culture specialist, who were recently selected as CRC’s April Employees of the Month!
Dahl and Waltz were recognized for their outstanding work planning and implementing four successful Days of Development across all four CRC sites. These events served as an important kickoff to CRC’s focus on continuous improvement, employee development, and organizational growth.
From venue selection and presenter coordination to meal planning and event logistics, Dahl and Waltz managed every detail with professionalism, creativity, and care. Their efforts helped create engaging and rewarding experiences for employees across the organization while ensuring each event ran smoothly from start to finish.
Even when unexpected challenges arose, Dahl and Waltz demonstrated flexibility and determination by quickly adapting and continuing to move the events forward successfully. Their ability to pivot while maintaining a positive attitude played a major role in the success of all four events.
“Annika and Randie did an incredible job bringing these Days of Development to life,” said Brad Fjelsta, CRC’s president and CEO. “The amount of planning, coordination, and attention to detail that went into these events was tremendous. They created experiences that were both meaningful and enjoyable for our employees, and their hard work truly showed at every site.”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Dahl and Waltz each received four hours of paid time off (PTO). They are also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2026 Employee of the Year which will be selected by CRC’s management team in January 2027.
