CRC is proud to announce Aimee Sheehan, organizational development leader, as its 2025 Leader of the Year, recognizing her project management contributions, leadership, and her commitment to being helpful—a quality she values deeply and strives to bring to every interaction.
Throughout 2025, Sheehan played a key role in strengthening project execution and collaboration. Her efforts have helped position CRC for future growth while reinforcing a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Sheehan consistently demonstrates a forward-thinking mindset, works to improve processes, and helps teams to succeed.
“Aimee leads with both confidence and humility,” said Shawna Johnson, CRC’s vice president, human resource development. “She isn’t afraid to take on new challenges and has a genuine desire to help others make a lasting impact on our organization. Her ability to see the big picture while managing the details has made a meaningful difference for our team.”
As CRC’s 2025 Leader of the Year, Sheehan will receive a week of paid time off, a certificate, and a $200 donation to a charity of her choice.
