Jessica Maher Named November 2017 Employee of the Month
CRC is pleased to announce that Jessica Maher, floor lead at it's Austin, Minn., contact center, was named its November 2017 Employee of the Month. Maher, who has worked for CRC for 13 years, received four STAR Award cards in November recognizing her for the steps she took during times of busy call volume to reduce the number of calls on hold, including restarting the IVR and updating recordings – even adding 119 recordings in one night! In her efforts, Jessica demonstrated CRC’s values of member driven, employee-focused, service excellence, communication, innovation, and teamwork.
“As floor lead, one of Jessica’s responsibilities is to ensure sufficient recordings are in place during high call volume,” said Kerry Wylie, senior contact center manager at the Austin Center. “But Jessica really went above and beyond during recent events, one of them adding a record number of recordings in one night and another where she redirected people calling the wrong cooperative quickly and efficiently. We appreciate Jessica’s ability to be proactive and quick-thinking during times of stress.”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Maher received a CRC-logoed clothing item. Maher is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2017 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team later this month.
