Bartholomew Named September 2016 CRC Employee of the Month
Congratulations to Brittany Bartholomew, floor lead at the Austin Center, who was selected as CRC’s September 2016 Employee of the Month/STAR Award recipient. Brittany, who has worked for CRC nearly two years, received a STAR Award card in September for her leadership when one of the contact center supervisors was out of the office on extended leave, going above and beyond in many instances. In her efforts, Brittany demonstrated CRC’s values of service excellence, teamwork, employee-focused, and member driven.
“In the absence of one of our supervisors, Brittany really stepped up and became a leader in a time of need,” said Kerry Wylie, senior contact center manager. “Management and staff really appreciates Brittany’s leadership and support not only during the timeframe that the supervisor was absent, but consistently on a day-to-day basis.”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Brittany received four hours of paid time off (PTO). Brittany is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2016 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2017.
