Kellie Schmidt Named CRC’s April 2016 Employee of the Month
Congratulations to Kellie Schmidt, CSR 4 at the Austin Center, who was selected as CRC’s April 2016 Employee of the Month. Kellie, who has worked for CRC for 18 months, received two STAR Award cards in April, one of which was for her efforts in taking care of a CRC member experiencing mass outages while the MultiSpeak and Milsoft interfaces were down. She was also nominated for volunteering to help out during her day off. In her efforts, Kellie demonstrated CRC’s organizational values of member driven, service excellence, teamwork and continuous improvement.
“Kellie demonstrated grace under pressure for one of our members when we were experiencing downtime with various interfaces during an outage,” said Kerry Wylie, senior contact center manager at the Austin Center. “The issues caused Kellie to spend quite a bit of time re-entering outage information into CRCLink, working with personnel at the cooperative to do so. We appreciate her efforts to ensure all restoral information was documented correctly.”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Kellie will receive four hours of paid time off (PTO). She is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2016 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in January 2017.
