CRC Names Burt Kilgore as February 2016 Employee of the Month
CRC is pleased to announce that Burt Kilgore, CSR 1 at the Dunlap Center, was named its February 2016 Employee of the Month. Burt, who has worked for CRC for four months, was nominated in February for identifying issues with and his suggestions for improving the billing payment process using CallGuard, a tool CRC uses to ensure billing calls are PCI compliant. In his efforts, Burt demonstrated CRC’s values of member driven, service excellence and continuous improvement.
“The feedback we gain from our employees about the CallGuard system is crucial as we continue to streamline and improve the billing call process,” said Eric Beavers, contact center manager at the Dunlap Center. “PCI compliance is critical to our operations and we appreciate the teamwork Burt exhibits which will ultimately make the billing call process better for the company, our employees and the caller experience.”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Burt received a CRC-logoed clothing item. Burt is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2016 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2017.
