Shannon Lewis Named CRC's 2014 Employee of the Year
Austin, Minn. - Cooperative Response Center, Inc. (CRC), headquartered in Austin, Minn., is proud to announce Shannon Lewis, floor lead at CRC’s office in Dunlap, Tenn., was recently selected as its 2014 Employee of the Year. Lewis, who was selected as a CRC Employee of the Month in April 2014, was selected for this special recognition for her dedication, service excellence, teamwork, and for going above and beyond in her work, consistently mirroring CRC’s values and mission statement to its membership and her fellow coworkers on a daily basis.
“Shannon demonstrates her dedication to CRC, its membership and its employees on a day-to-day basis,” said Eric Beavers, contact center manager at CRC’s Dunlap facility. “Her commitment to excellence is very much appreciated and sets a tremendous example for others. She is a great contributor to our team.”
As CRC’s 2014 Employee of the Year, Lewis will receive a gift valued at $250, a regularly scheduled day off with pay, and a trip to CRC’s annual membership meeting in Chicago, Ill., this June.
Throughout the course of 2014, a CRC employee was selected as Employee of the Month by CRC’s management team each month based on nominations made by fellow coworkers. The nominations recognize employees for special achievements or extraordinary performance. The following employees received Employee of the Month during 2014:
