CRC Launches New Website
Cooperative Response Center, Inc. is pleased to announce the release of our new website upgrade. The site was redesigned with a fresh new look to improve user experience, a change that is symbolic of CRC’s dedication to focusing on the human side of technology.
“We see the website continually evolving to not only meet the needs of our members but also helping us to address future needs brought on by smart grid technology and other challenges faced by our membership,” stated Chris Holt, Vice President of Operations and COO.
The theme of these updates centers on making the content CRC distributes as accessible as possible to different users.
“The new website launches CRC to the next level of member service,” said Brandy Buffington, Marketing Manager. “We are excited to introduce our site as the new face of CRC while also including the capability to offer future expansion and services that focus on providing value to our members.”
Among those services CRC hopes to introduce are web applications and increased value-added benefits, including increased member reporting resources. Over the coming months, CRC will also integrate social media elements that will allow users to easily follow CRC on Facebook and Twitter.
