By partnering with CRC, members find peace of mind as well as a cost-effective solution to their call handling needs.
Central Wisconsin Electric Cooperative joined CRC’s membership in 1998 utilizing its alarm monitoring services. In September 2016, the cooperative signed on to use CRC’s contact center energy dispatch services which include inbound call management as well as dispatching of line crews. One of the benefits Mike Wade, president and CEO at Central Wisconsin Electric Cooperative, said his organization has experienced by using CRC is the flexibility it offers the cooperative with regard to daytime meetings and employee training.
“We are very excited to use CRC’s contact center services and have already seen a difference in how calls are handled,” explained Wade. “We had our first all-employee training day and it was such a relief to have CRC handle calls for us. The membership did not notice a difference and we were able to let our employees focus on their training. We look forward to growing the relationship with CRC and improving the customer service we provide to our members.”
Chris Holt, CRC’s president and CEO, is pleased for CRC to expand its service offerings with the organization. “We’re grateful for the long relationship we’ve had with Central Wisconsin Electric Cooperative and happy to see they have already experienced one of the many benefits of using our contact center services,” Holt said. “We work in partnership with our members to offer a seamless customer-service solution to create a satisfying member experience.”
