Shores Named CRC’s June 2016 Employee of the Month
Congratulations to Linda Shores, CSR 1 at the Austin Center, who was selected as CRC’s June 2016 Employee of the Month. Linda, who has worked for CRC for over 10 years, was selected as the employee of the month for nominations she received in June related to an emergency call she took from a young girl who was not able to wake up her father. Linda asked for help to contact emergency personnel and stayed on the line with the girl until help arrived at the location. In her efforts, Linda demonstrated CRC’s values of service excellence, communication, teamwork and member driven.
“We appreciate Linda’s efforts to coordinate a solution during a difficult situation,” said Kerry Wylie, senior contact center supervisor at the Austin Center. “Not only did Linda work with her coworkers to get help to a family in need, she stayed on the line with the young girl until help arrived and talked to emergency personnel to ensure the girl was in safe hands. Many thanks to Linda for her quick-thinking and compassion.”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Linda will receive a CRC-logoed clothing item valued up to $50. Linda is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2016 Employee of the Year which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2017.
