Trinity Public Utilities District Joins CRC’s Membership

Cooperative Response Center, Inc. (CRC) is pleased to welcome Trinity Public Utilities District in Weaverville, California, to its membership.

CRC offers utilities across the country seamless contact center and alarm monitoring solutions, including call management, line crew dispatch, AMI/CIS/OMS integration, CRCLink® outage communication software, and alarm monitoring. Trinity PUD, which serves over 7,200 consumers in northwest California, joined CRC’s membership in March 2015. The utility subscribes to CRC’s contact center dispatch services, which includes inbound call management as well as dispatching of line crews.
CRC’s experience in the utility industry has definitely been a plus for Trinity PUD since joining CRC’s services. “Trinity PUD is very pleased with our new relationship with CRC,” said Paul Hauser, general manager of the utility. “We are getting significantly more information about outages on our system and our customers are enjoying a better experience with CRC’s professional staff answering our outage calls.”
