Milsoft and Cooperative Response Center Successfully
Complete MultiSpeak® Interoperability Test
(Arlington, VA) Milsoft Utility Solutions and Cooperative Response Center, Inc. (CRC) have successfully passed interoperability tests for the interface between Milsoft’s DisSpatch Outage Management System Version 8.2 Update 3, and CRC’s CRCLink version 2015.1 in compliance with the MultiSpeak® 4.1.6 standard. The interoperability enables customers using both CRC’s after-hours call center software and Milsoft’s outage management system to integrate outage updates in real-time. The integration also allows for two-way, real-time information exchange, including current outage status, outage detection, outage alerts and other real-time events. Real-time data can be displayed from within both CRC’s CRCLink and Milsoft’s DisSPatch outage management screens.
