C & L Electric Cooperative Corporation Joins CRC’s Membership
Cooperative Response Center, Inc. (CRC) is pleased to announce C & L Electric Cooperative Corporation in Star City, Arkansas, recently joined its membership. C & L Electric Cooperative is a member-owned distribution cooperative serving over 21,000 consumers in eight counties in southern Arkansas.

“In a major outage, members attempting to contact us and getting busy signals had led to member frustration,” she explained. “Although we were doing all we could at the time, we decided to take customer satisfaction to the next level. By allowing CRC’s co-op trained staff to help in our time of need, our customers get the satisfaction of every call being answered and handled.”
