Vaughn Recognized as Employee of the Month
Congratulations to Amanda Vaughn, contact center supervisor at our Abilene, Texas, office, who was selected as CRC’s September 2022 Employee of the Month.
Vaughn, who has worked at CRC for nearly eight years, received 14 STAR Award cards in August, mostly for her efforts to restore an issue a phone system, taking the time to log each agent into his or her remote station which restored their ability to make and receive calls.
“Technology issues are bound to happen, usually at the worst times,” said Michelle Rodriguez, contact center manager at the Abilene Center. “Amanda took charge and did what she had to do to quickly get employees up and running to take consumer and line crew calls. It was a daunting task, contacting each agent separately to get their phones systems working again but crucial for our service. As always, we appreciate Amanda’s quick thinking and dedication to our employees and our membership”.
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Vaughn will receive four hours of PTO or a CRC-logoed clothing item. She is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2022 Employee of the Year which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2023.
