Vaughn Named March 2022 Employee of the Month
Congratulations to Amanda Vaughn, contact center supervisor at the Abilene Center, who was recently selected as CRC’s March 2022 Employee of the Month.
Vaughn, who has worked for CRC for seven years, received four STAR Award cards in March recognizing her commitment to CRC, its employees, and its membership, always going the extra mile to make sure everyone has the support they need. In her efforts, Vaughn demonstrated CRC’s values of teamwork, member driven, employee-focused, communication, fiscal responsibility, continuous improvement, and service excellence.
“Amanda continues to demonstrate excellence in her role at CRC on a daily basis,” said Michelle Rodriguez, contact center manager at the Abilene Center. “To see her constantly go above and beyond to make sure our employees have what they need to better provide services to our membership is inspiring to those who work with her. Thank you, Amanda, for your leadership and all you do to make CRC a better place.”
