Cherry Recognized as April 2021 Employee of the Month
Congratulations to Sabrina Cherry, CSR 4 at CRC's Abilene, Texas, facility, who was selected as CRC’s April 2021 Employee of the Month! Cherry, who has worked for CRC for three years, received several STAR Award cards in April recognizing her for her assistance with dispatch training, returning back to the office from working from home to do so, and her overall above-and-beyond support of her peers. In her efforts, Cherry demonstrated CRCs values of teamwork, employee-focused, service excellence, communication, continuous improvement, and member driven.
“Sabrina is a great team player,” said Michelle Rodriguez, contact center manager at the Abilene Center. “When we needed to train a new dispatcher, she was the first to volunteer to return to the office to do so. On a daily basis, we see that she is quick to help others and is very thorough in her work. Many thanks to Sabrina for all she does!”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Cherry will receive four hours of paid time off (PTO). She is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2021 Employee of the Year which will be selected by CRC’s management team in January 2022.
