Dalila Leyva Named CRC’s November Employee of the Month
CRC is pleased to announce that Dalila Leyva, bilingual CSR 1 at CRC's Abilene, Texas, office, was named its November 2020 Employee of the Month. Leyva, who has worked for CRC for over 1½ years, received a STAR Award card in November recognizing her for her assistance with a caller who had been without power for four days and had indicated he might hurt himself. Leyva worked with the caller, who had contacted the wrong utility’s phone number, to locate his actual electric company all the while calming him down and ending the call on a positive note. In her efforts, Leyva demonstrated CRC’s values of teamwork, service excellence, communication, and member driven.
“Dalila’s quick thinking and compassion really made a difference in the caller’s life that day,” said Michelle Rodriguez, contact center manager at the Abilene Center. “We very much appreciate Dalila’s response to a very stressful call and her ability to diffuse a difficult situation to ease someone’s burden.”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Leyva will receive four hours of PTO. Leyva is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2020 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team late January 2021.
