CRC Welcomes Kandiyohi Power Cooperative to its Membership
Cooperative Response Center, Inc. (CRC) is pleased to welcome Kandiyohi Power Cooperative in Spicer, Minnesota, to its membership. Kandiyohi Power Cooperative is a member-owned electric distribution cooperative serving over 8,100 consumers in central Minnesota,
CRC offers utilities across the country seamless contact center and alarm monitoring solutions, including call management, line crew dispatch, AMI/CIS/OMS integration, CRCLink® outage communication software, and alarm monitoring. CRC also offers outage texting services, video monitoring of substations and recently implemented a Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance solution which utilizes live agents for billing calls. From outage calls to billing calls, disconnects to emergency locates and more, CRC is there for its membership 24/7/365. By partnering with CRC, members find peace of mind as well as a cost-effective solution to their call handling needs. Kandiyohi Power Cooperative joined CRC’s membership in April 2015, subscribing to CRC’s contact center dispatch services which include inbound call management as well as dispatching of line crews. CRC’s focus on service excellence and its customer service delivery was deemed to be a good fit for the organization. “Joining CRC has allowed us to offer the improved customer service we wanted for our membership,” said Diane Maurice, manager of marketing and customer service at Kandiyohi Power Cooperative. “With the busy lives that everyone leads, it gives them additional opportunities to pay their bill, make account changes, etc., at a time that is most convenient for them. Knowing that our members will no longer receive a busy signal or dead air when making an outage call was the leading factor in making our decision to move to CRC.” Chris Holt, CRC’s president and CEO, appreciates the opportunity for CRC to work with Kandiyohi Power Cooperative and its membership. “We place a strong emphasis on providing our membership the best customer service possible,” said Holt. “We’re very happy CRC meets their needs and look forward to a long partnership.”
