CRC Welcomes Crawford Electric Cooperative to its Membership
Cooperative Response Center, Inc. (CRC) is pleased to announce Crawford Electric Cooperative in Bourbon, Missouri, recently joined its membership. Crawford Electric Cooperative is a member-owned electric distribution cooperative serving over 30,000 members in east-central Missouri.
CRC offers utilities across the country seamless contact center and alarm monitoring solutions, including call handling, line crew dispatch, AMI/CIS/OMS integration, CRCLink® outage communication software, and alarm monitoring. In January 2015, Crawford Electric Cooperative subscribed to CRC’s contact center overflow services. CRC’s overflow services are utilized by those utilities that have in-house 24/7 members services and/or an IVR and dispatch their own line crews. CRC is then used in times of need when call volume is too great for a utility to efficiently handle internally.
Utilizing CRC’s services has offered the cooperative peace of mind knowing that their members are being helped in a timely manner. “It’s very settling to know that more of our members are getting help when they need it with less time to wait,” said Tony Mallory, CEO/general manager at Crawford Electric Cooperative. “It’s comforting to know that CRC has our back and is there to help whenever we get busy.”
