Thompson Named February 2021 Employee of the Month
CRC is pleased to announce that Ashton Thompson, contact center supervisor at the Abilene Center, was named its February 2021 Employee of the Month. Thompson, who has worked for CRC for seven years, received several STAR award cards in February recognizing her for her leadership during the February ice storm. During unprecedented call volume, Thompson jumped in to problem solve and take on additional duties when needed. In her efforts, Thompson demonstrated CRC’s values of teamwork, employee-focused, service excellence, communication and innovation.
“The ice storm was a chaotic, stressful time for all of us,” explained Michelle Rodriguez, contact center manager at the Abilene Center. “Ashton took on many challenges during that time to help out her fellow employees. During a difficult period for all of us, we appreciate Ashton’s commitment to CRC and her peers.”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Thompson will receive a CRC-logoed clothing item valued up to $50. She is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2021 Employee of the Year which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2022.
