Our proprietary software program serves as the interface between utility’s customer information
system and CRC’s call-handling and dispatching operations. CRCLink distributes outage and
message information from CRC to its customers’ location for convenient follow-up, outage
analysis, and report management.
CRCLink, installed as either a single PC or network license, can also be utilized for integrating
with advanced utility technologies such as outage management systems, automated metering
systems and line crew mobile applications.
