the United States. WE value the relationships we have developed with each of them, and

CRC has provided a significant improvement of service to not only our members but also our employees. Prior to CRC after hours calls came to the homes of linemen on call. If the lineman's line was busy because of family member's use of the phone, members could not get through. Additionally, once contact was made and linemen left effect repairs, there was not contact with these repair crews. Today, because of CRC's service, CRC and our linemen can contact each other via satellite phone at any time. This is a huge safety issues for us given the extreme remoteness of our service area.
