Members are better informed during mass outage situations. When members call after hours I think they like the fact that they can leave their message with an actual person rather than a voice mail. Outage management is much easier using CRC. To be able to sort outages several different ways with the click of a button makes dispatching our line crews so much easier. Gone are the days of hand written outage reports in multiple stacks all over the desk and the floor.
