Our service to customers has improved, using CRC, through faster response time to taking outage or trouble calls after hours. We also have benefited from having CRC help with overflow calls during business hours which is a help when we are short staffed or have employees unable to answer the phones due to a meeting, etc. This prevents the customer from having to endure a long wait time for answers, even if CRC is not able to help the customer directly. The ability for our operations people to access the data and manage outages by group has increased efficiency in restoring outages. Overall, it is easier to pinpoint the problem. Things that used to be done on a legal pad are not handled through CRC's database.
