Pierce Pepin has been involved with CRC since their formation and has become increasingly dependent on their services as they have progressed to the organization they are today. As a cooperative employee who has taken trouble calls for 30 years, I have seen how effective CRC is for our cooperative. By utilizing CRC our customers have a direct line to our crews for after hour and overflow dispatch. Our crews are sent in a timely, efficient manner and the call back checks to the lineman on long duration outages are greatly appreciated. We are able to utilize CRC's outage software during work hours as well as combining their staff and ours during larger outage situations. Also, the direct link with our crews has not only given more effective, economical restoral capabilities, but very possibly prevented some tragic accidents
