It has given our customers better access (volume) reporting outages. The data listed on the outage summary provide us with information that in turn, helps us group consumers during outages, provides information as to what may have caused the outage, call back numbers and names. Overall it provides information that we would have to research ourselves. They have been very helpful with updating phone numbers in the system as well.
