CRC has helped greatly with handling our overflow calls and after hours customer service issues. It has helped shorten the wait time of our customers. CRC also now has the ability to accept credit card and E-check payments for us which is a convenience to our customers. The after hours outage calls and operations issues are being handled very well by CRC. They do a really good job of dispatching and following up. CRC has been an asset to our cooperative.
