There are many positive things I could say about the CRC staff and how they handle our outages. The CRC staff are very professional when taking calls from our members. Another thing my staff really likes is the ability to view the status of outages from their computer screens and know where we are at in the restoring of power to our members. For me personally, I like the ability CRC has to handle many calls at a time and our members don't get a busy signal. I wish I would have made the switch to CRC years ago.
