When WST Electric was looking for a solution to manage our outage calls, live-agent answering was a primary issue and need for us; as well as having a timely, efficient Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system that had the capability to deal with thousands of calls simultaneously during a major storm or outage. CRC has successfully resolved and fulfilled both of those needs for Washington-St. Tammany Electric Cooperative.
