"Our electric cooperative partnered with CRC in August of 2005 to handle our after-hours calls. Shortly after the partnership began, the devastation of Hurricane Katrina hit our state. Although our personnel were not fully trained to utilize CRCLink® , we decided to utilize it for this emergency and we've estimated that CRC's service shaved 24 to 36 hours off the total service restoration. Although we were not completely familiar with the system, CRC's friendly staff went out of their way to assist us. Also, by having the call center handle incoming calls, our personnel were available to aid in the restoration process. CRC's advanced technology is an asset to us. Our partnership with them allows us to accomplish much more in a shorter amount of time than we could ever do alone."
