My name is Steve Healy, President and CEO of Pierce-Pepin Cooperative Services in Ellsworth, Wisconsin and also Chairman of the Board of CRC. We were part of the founding group of members. CRC covers our operation seamlessly, even taking overflow calls during the workday when our office is open. They cover us completely for the balance of the year or 6740 hours that our office is not open.
