We have been a customer of the Cooperative Response Center since 1995 and have been very happy with the service they've given to us and our customers. We currently monitor over 1,400 personal emergency response systems, and I'm impressed with the personal touch and the time they spend with our customers and their families. They are always willing to go the extra mile to do troubleshooting, and I feel their operators are very professional and exceptionally trained. For the past couple of years Cedar Valley Medical Monitoring has been in the medication dispensing business. We have over 100 ND2 devices in the homes of our clients. These systems dispense our client's medications up to 6 times a day with a verbal prompt. CRC has worked diligently with Cedar Valley Medical Monitoring to provide the highest quality of service to us and to our customers.
