With CRC our customers no longer have to deal with a busy signal after-hours. They either talk with a live customer service representative or they received the information they needed from CRC's automated system. CRC's customer service representatives give their full attention to our customers and collect the valuable outage information. CRC's dispatchers are able to check on the line crews in the field and provide them with the information necessary to locate the problem and restore power quickly. We are very pleased with the services provided by CRC.
