We have used CRC as our monitoring company for about 5 years now. They have been very responsive with our residents. They do not get upset if the residents happen to hit the button accidentally and I appreciate that. I like that they do a regular monthly test so we know that the system is working and functioning well. They have been very courteous to both the staff and residents as we have worked with them.
