In 1999, Laclede Electric Cooperative began using the call answering services of CRC. Looking back, partnering with CRC has been one of the most cost efficient and beneficial operational tools that Laclede has implemented in many years. Laclede utilizes the CRCLink connection allowing our dispatch personnel to instantly monitor all after-hours calls taken by CRC. Since our dispatcher did not answer the outage calls, he/she can focus more time on monitoring the outages, dispatching crews and controlling equipment. We are very pleased with our relationship with CRC.
