We've been using the Cooperative Responsive Center for the last 10 years and found that they meet our needs very well, and that our customers are very satisfied. We have a number of corporate accounts that we have switched over and therefore have been using the Cooperative Response Center. We are very happy and find it a world of difference compared to other companies that have been monitoring their locations.
CRC monitors 500 plus of our accounts. Their people are above and beyond other monitoring centers. We have used other monitoring centers and do subcontractor work for other companies but my technicians hate to deal with the other monitoring centers. They don't get any help, or if they need specific questions on signals, these other operators from other monitoring centers just don't seem to get it or understand the system.
At Cooperative Response Center, if their people do not understand they do get the answers, and the same thing happens in dealing with our customers. If they can't answer our customer's questions, they do not directly pass the buck telling them to call the dealer. Cooperative Response Center will give the customer the option of "do you want us to contact the dealer?" and they will contact me and let me know that there is a problem or if a customer has a question and they will initiate that call. We are very satisfied with CRC and plan to stay with them for years to come.
