We started utilizing the medical monitoring services of CRC in 1995, and then we started utilizing the CRC call center and dispatch service for after-hours about 4 or 5 years ago. This has really taken the confusion out of United's own dispatch center during extremely busy times, major outages and major storms. By having the call center take these calls we're able to concentrate primarily on the outage restoration process itself. We have also utilized CRC's phone notification to notify consumers of scheduled outages for construction or maintenance purposes. This notification service has proved to be an extremely useful tool. Throughout the years of working with CRC, their staff has always gone the extra mile with us. It's been a really good experience.
