  • 2008 - Reprogrammed CRCLink® to new generation of software architecture
  • 2007 - Achieved total revenue just short of 8 million dollars
  • 2007 - Surpassed 100 employee mark
  • 2007 - Began operating out of the newly constructed Dunlap, Tennessee facility
  • 2006 - Achieved total revenue exceeding 7 million dollars
  • 2004 - Achieved total revenue of nearly 6 million dollars
  • 2004 - Upgraded and installed new telecommunications system/platform
  • 2003 - First annual users conference
  • 2003 - Central Station achieves Underwriter's Laboratory (U.L.) listing
  • 2002 - Built and moved into new state-of-the-art headquarters facility in Austin, Minnesota
  • 2002 - Achieved total revenue of nearly 4 million dollars
  • 2001 - Opened regional contact center in Dunlap, Tennessee, to serve southern U.S.
  • 2000 - Achieved total revenue in excess of 3 million dollars
  • 1999 - Developed CRCLink® e-communications and outage management software
  • 1998 - Achieved total revenue in excess of 2 million dollars
  • 1995- Began providing consumer call answering and line crew dispatching call center services.
  • 1995 - Achieved total revenue in excess of 1 million dollars
  • 1994 - Held first Annual Membership Meeting
  • 1992 - Formed by 19 member electric cooperatives in the Upper Midwest
